Rhythm Gang – an 18-piece swing band in the style of the Big Band era of the 1940’s. The Rhythm Gang has been performing in Tucson for more than 25 years, formed by Haaren Miklofsky in the early 1980s. Our music ranges from the popular music of the 30s-40s to more modern swing and even some light rock music from the 1970s. We have two outstanding vocalists. This is the kind of music that is loved by our Senior Community. We have two outstanding vocalists. Our bandmaster is Andy Chears, a solo trumpet player and fine conductor.
